Celestial Bodies
The centers of each block are batiks of suns and moons. I did not want to use a traditional setting to my somewhat unconventional log cabin and realized only after my husband commented, that I had used the Golden Mean, also known as divine proportion or the golden section. To me it just looked right. I have never been strong in math and had not even known I was following some very important rules. You learn something every time the fabric forces you to do its bidding.
